Lifewise - Videos.
Video Editor, Graphic Designer
As a multimedia specialist working with Lifewise, my primary responsibility was transforming existing video footage into impactful and shareable content across multiple platforms. With a strong focus on storytelling and visual cohesion, I ensured each piece aligned with Lifewise’s established brand identity. This included integrating consistent graphic elements, such as lower thirds, transitions, captions, and end cards, all designed to enhance engagement and reinforce key messages.
In addition to creative editing, I implemented a secure post-production workflow to support sensitive subject matter. One of the standout elements of this project was developing a reliable method to blur or mask identifying features in video footage, particularly important when dealing with survivors of domestic violence. This allowed Lifewise to communicate powerful human stories while prioritising the safety, dignity, and privacy of individuals involved.
A key achievement was contributing to a broader communications strategy that elevated Lifewise’s online presence. Through end-of-year fundraising and awareness campaigns, I helped position the organisation as approachable and credible, underlining its commitment to social responsibility, community engagement, and advocacy.
My work spanned from editing short-form social clips to producing longer-form fundraising videos with clear calls to action. I collaborated closely with the Lifewise team to ensure every piece supported their goals, whether that was encouraging donations, increasing awareness, or driving support for key initiatives.
The following are two examples of end-of-year fundraising videos that showcase this work. They combine strong messaging, compelling visuals, and clear CTAs to mobilise support and amplify the organisation's impact.
